Millennials in Malaysia: Team Dynamics and Relationship Management
The MOVE Project
The MOVE Project was a group project. It given an opportunity for students to work together as a team to reach out to the community around us in Taylor University by bringing awareness to the the assigned theme.
From our own experiences as well as observing our peers and the people around us, we saw that there were important benefits that could be gained by having a good grasp on soft skills. The objective of our campaign was not only to raise awareness about certain prominent soft skills and their importance, but also to provide basic tips and pointers on how one could start proactively improving on these soft skills.
Lifelong learning ensures graduates in keeping up with trends and developments in the industry as it helps them to stand out among the employers which show awareness of their job and ability to adapt to any changes.
It benefits the quality of their life go beyond career development understanding how the world works. It helps one fulfil their passions and boost their creativity. Other than that, keeps one motivated to achieve their life goals.
To achieve lifelong learning, ability in self-reflection encourages a level of self-awareness and consciousness about practice which Enable us to identify areas for improvement and also areas where they are strong. This allow them to recognise what works and what doesn’t
Reflection
Our group achieved aim to spread awareness of self reflection in soft skills among the university graduates through creating interesting posts about soft skills and ways to achieve self-reflection on Instagram.
